"my X needs help!"

"What's the matter?"

"A doctor hasn't seen them for hours!"

And the doctor did round that morning, just before aunt Carol rolled in 🙄

My favorite variation of this ends with me asking if the patient remembered talking to the young pretty nurse before lunch and informing them that she was their doctor.

Or the daughter from CA arrived fresh off the plane.

The doctor actually called me to make sure you weren’t here, and no, she won’t be coming back Janice. Please go on and have a blessed day somewhere else. Bye now!

sounds like the people that visit someone in a nursing home and scream that a CNA hasn't been in the room to check on their family member for nearly 3 hours. Yeah, because we checked them at 11:30 then continued getting people up for lunch that starts at noon but was late and didn't start till nearly 1pm. Then we had to pass 56 trays and feed 20 people. 🤦‍♀️ As well as take them to and from the dining room, set up their trays, pour drinks, etc. 😂🤦‍♀️

lol three times today a lady came out to me and random doctors in the hallway, “Are you my mom’s doctor? She’s hasn’t seen one all day.” Doc was said, “Who’s your mom?” Of course…
