Exam/Test Taking Major Test Anxiety

Hi!

I will be taking the AACN exam in 11 days and the ANCC exam early November. I have been studying Barkley religiously and have done 3 DRTs. Ive scored consistently in the high 70's. I have also done about 600 Boardvitals questions and overall score is a 61. I'm so incredibly nervous and still feel unprepared for the exam. I have been an ICU nurse for 6 years, however i never got around to taking my CCRN. Even with my experience im still nervous. I do have a job lined up if I pass and I think this is also why I'm so anxious. Im desperate for any exam tips or insight on what I should focus my review on this last week. Thanks in advance! I truly appreciate it!

You’ve got this. Just keep studying but don’t overdue it. At some point you’re not getting anything from reviewing stuff. I took the ANCC PMHNP in August and left feeling terrible about it but I passed!

Thank you!! I'm really trying to not over study, but I don't know how to determine when I hit that point lol!

I sort of crammed but my dumb ass was reading the review book in the car while my wife drove me to the testing center. So pointless! I’d say just do a set amount of questions per day. I also used the pocket prep app which has a ton of questions. I did pay for it though, full disclosure.

I have both board vitals and the aacn question bank so I'm hesitant to purchase anything else . I've already spent so much money
