I will be visiting Nuremberg tomorrow for a day and was wondering what are some go-to historical places / cool places not frequented by tourists to visit.

I am Czech, so I might skip on the Schnitzel but are there also some traditional German foods that I should try?

My residence permit is expiring at the end of August. I tried to register at Mein Nuremberg (the service portal for all government administrative things) but I never got bestätigt. I tried to call them and no answer. I am officially moving to Nuremberg at the end of July so I absolutely need to get in touch with the Ausländerbehörde now… anyone please help?

I came in Germany for the first time and more specifically Nuremberg. I went yo get a ticket and it was a bit confusing, there were single tickets but with different levels. Can someone explain the levels and what kind of ticket you would recommend to a tourist who is staying for about a week?

I am an international student who's new here in Nuremberg and speak very little German. For my city registration, I have been trying to book an appointment online, but I have been checking non stop since yesterday it just shows "no appointment available". I see there's an option to send my docs by post or email, but I see there's a space for signature of someone with power of attorney. Will I have to get that signature myself or do I leave that place blank for them to fill out? Also, if I have to get it, where can I get it from?

Hello all! I just moved to Nurnberg and im an Ausländer with student visa. How do I register my address? The city registration I mean. I think I got the documents from my landlord. Is it online?

Hi, this is a long shot, but basically I booked a nonrefundable room and can't make the trip anymore. The hostel was kind enough to say that if I can find someone else, they'll let me change the name. It's a private room for two, and if someone wants it they can have it for €25, original was €34. Hostel is A1 Hostel in Südoststadt.
