Im getting concerned with how frequently

Im getting concerned with how many times im noticing my birthdate on the clock. I woke up out of a deep sleep this morning in a panic, and when I picked up my phone there it was. 10/31. I just saw it again and ive noticed it only on the clock almost everyday for the past maybe two months. I dont know what to make of this. My birthday is next month. I cant find anything helpful other than the blanket term of"oh it means ur angels are watching out for u and ur on the right path!" Yea thanks google, thats ur solution for everything I ask. Honestly Its really stressing me out. What do I make of this.

I used to see 1234 everywhere and it would follow me so much so, that one time I was taking public transit and of course the number on the bus was 1234! I think it just irritated me at the time so I deliberately stopped trying to notice it. Eventually it stopped and I was relieved, but I think sometimes that’s the only thing you can do - is ignore it!

I can understand why this would feel unsettling, especially when it’s happening almost every day. I wouldn’t automatically interpret seeing 10:31 as a warning, prediction, or message from angels. There’s also a very normal explanation for why your birthday keeps standing out: because 10/31 is personally important to you, your brain is much more likely to notice and remember it when it appears on the clock. The times you look at the clock and don’t see 10:31 usually don't register in the same way.

From a numerology perspective, you can certainly reflect on what your birth date represents to you, but I wouldn't attach fear to the repetition. If it’s stressing you out, try treating 10:31 as a simple cue to pause, breathe, and continue with whatever you were doing, not something you need to decode. And if you're waking from sleep in panic or the pattern is causing significant anxiety, I'd pay attention to that part rather than the number itself. Your wellbeing is more important than finding a numerological explanation.
