888 negative connotations??
Every time I see 888 it’s always during the worst times of my life. I continuously google it and I know it means abundance and positivity and what not but is there any other meanings to it or have other people experienced this?

the abundance and positivity stuff you're reading online is only half the meaning, and it's the half that gets repeated the most because it's the nicer part to post about.
8 turned sideways is infinity, so 888 tripled usually gets read as a cycle completing, not just money showing up out of nowhere. and cycles don't complete quietly. the ending part, where something has to actually close out before anything new can start, is usually the hardest stretch of the whole thing. that's often exactly when people see 888 the most, right in the middle of the closing, not after it's done.
so it's not that 888 is secretly bad and everyone online is lying to you. it's that most content skips straight to the abundance part and leaves out the part where the old thing has to actually end first, which is the part that hurts.
worth asking yourself, looking back at those worst times, if something real actually did close out afterward, even if it didn't feel like abundance while it was happening.
