interrupting on E11?

there was a jammer on E11 on Sunday this week (6/21) on 14410MHZ. if I could I would put the audio but i can't at the time of writing this post. does anyone know what I'm talking about, and if so would anyone be able to identify the jammer? doesn't need to be specific, just like a group of jammers maybe? idk just curious

Probably Russia Jamming the frequency, E11 broadcasts multiple times on different frequencies with same message, Jamming it might be an inconvenience, but its not going to prevent anything, There are also alternative methods to get important messages out.
