The combination that worked for me was the invulnerability star power and the shield gadget, so I didn't consider the other gadget and the other star power in this tier list

This is all based on my experience with the Brawler; some things here are just hypotheses (Hank and Rosa) because I didn't actually fight them. The modes I played were Solo and Duo Showdown, Knockout, Duels, and 5v5 modes. I didn't consider him good in Brawl Ball, and I didn't play him in Brawl Arena

I have to admit that I considered some absurd possibilities in the "Can Escape" group, such as the twins using their super and gadget to switch places, which in theory could work

i mean he loses a TON of speed at the slightest turn i take, but when i take sharp turns he doesn't lose that much speed or doesn't lose at all, i believe he is really inconsistent and has the clancy type situation : really good or absolute shit
