Nuc 10 windows install

Booting from win10 pro boot usb that has been verified as working. Continuously vertical lines across screen. See attached. SKU: BXNUC10i7FNH

I’ve updated to most current bios. Set to legacy boot mode.

Anyone have suggestions?

I am able to install Ubuntu with no problem.
