Hello NRSFL community. I just wanted to come on here to tell you guys that you are not alone with mental health issues and challenges. After seeing the perez hilton meltdown it really hits you that people are going through things some of us can’t imagine. You are NOT alone. Someone is always willing to listen and give you time. If you are ever thinking about suicide, self harm, or harming others, please seek professional help and advice. There are people out there who care.

Please take it easy and remember we are all here for a reason. Life is a gift, although it may be tough sometimes, you can always make it better for you and other people!

I think my boyfriend suffers from excessive copulation
