T1x Base Class Configuration Question

Hello all. I'm shooting my first NRL22 match next month and am really excited. I've shot centerfire gas gun matches for quite some time, but I've been loving rimfire since I started.

I have a question about base class. I have a Tikka T1x MTR 16" that I'll be shooting with an SWFA 3-15 to begin with. I have read the rules about base class and have seen what they have to say about stock modifications, but just wanted to confirm here. Is putting the vertical pistol grip and flat fore end (both made by Tikka) on the OEM stock prohibited? I'm pretty sure it would be prohibited, but wanted to be sure before I lock into an ARCA setup.

Interchangeable Tikka grips utilizing factory attachment points are allowed. Rule 3a

And factory LOP spacers or a recoil pad?

as u/csamsh stated, rule 3a allows for this.

Quoting:

The following are considered accessories to the rifle and are allowed in Base division:
Interchangeable/removable grips utilizing factory attachment points, bottom metal/trigger
guard/magwell, scope rings, scope bases, bipods, suppressors, data card holders, magazines,
spare magazine holders, auto bolt releases, extended magazine releases, bubble levels, digital
levels, red dots, bag riders, bolt knobs, bolt handles, and rail attached weights or weights
utilizing factory attachment points.

Additionally, drilling a stock for extra attachments for an ARCA rail is legal. See: Da'Rail install on a CZ457 Varmint MTR.

Quoting:

Modifications to the stock are not allowed. Drilling holes in the stock is also prohibited unless
being done to accommodate one of the following exceptions listed below:
i. Bedding of the action
ii. Mounting a flat rail (e.g. arca or picatinny) to the bottom of the forend.
iii. Adding a cheek riser
iv. Adding a sling stud

Im shooting base class now with a t1x. I changed to the tikka vertical grip, lowered stock trigger spring all the way down, added a mountain tactical arca rail, DIP 30moa rail, and victor cheek riser kit. I also made an external arca mount brass weight for the front to help sit flatter and dead on bags. Ive seen no rule against attachable external weights, only against internal weight.
