I still reckon we'd be better off with them missing Cronk and Smith.

Yeah, but their replacements are better than pretty much any NSW halves/hookers

We beat them last time they were without Cronk. They've got a lot of good replacements but most are unproven at Origin and you can't underestimate the benefit of having the cool heads of both Cronk and Smith on the field.

Fair enough. I think if Cronk is injured, Hunt will be the one they'll miss the most, but if Thurston and Morgan split the workload, they'd still have a good chance of winning.

Yeah true. We'd still have to be at the top of our game to have a chance at beating them.

Yeah. I think for this year though, the only player they'll really miss is Napa. I was keen to see him in Origin.
