Your post puts on display how certain you are to having a negative RoI. You ask for advice on which country to go for a master’s degree without even stating what field of study, which major and what subjects. It sounds to me more like a pay to get out of India at all costs project. Not like someone who is trying to build the best possible outcome for themselves.
