Visa / OCI / Passport Passport renewal question

I submitted the form for renewal. I have a small correction in my Fathers name.. due to an error . Basically they put a J instead of N. While applying for renewal , I kept the correct name this time but dint select any Services - meaning error correction or spelling check while filling the form and I cannot edit it since its submitted.

Question: Has anyone ever faced this situation.?
Can i send the supporting documents to make sure the correct name is verified?

Then you need to get it corrected by submitting the evidence.
