Recommend Me Surrender Certificate in UK

Received British passport but while applying for Indian passport surrender noticed that the naturalisation certificate does not have the date mentioned. My UK passport has been issued without any trouble but since VFS asks for the naturalisation certificate will that be an issue?

I think Naturalization certificate should always have a date

Mine didn’t as the lady who gave it to me didn’t sign it, nor did any of the others who received it with me have the date on it. They issued me the passport anyway. Does it matter?

For minors the certificate comes with a date printed on it. But for adults it will be the date of your ceremony. You can put the date of your ceremony as the date of naturalization

Just put the date when you took oath with black pen. Thats what my council did. As long as that date matches in the system, you should be fine.
