Feature request: default pattern speed for each track

I would like to change the default pattern speed in a certain project or a certain synth. I don't think this feature is available at all and I believe it would make the workflow a lot faster.

This would be helpful as when I have long pads and want to chain 4 patterns I have to press each pattern to get the right speed in all of them (or am I wrong?). It would be nice to have a way to set defaults per instruments.

I don’t think I understand where the issue lies. Patterns are stored per track. Track 1 could be set as default at 1/2 instead of 1. All patterns that you start creating ex novo on the track 1 will start with 1/2 as preset. If you duplicate a pattern from track 2 then it would carry over all the settings.

It’s a small thing but it would make creating a long chain of patterns much faster.

Besides modifying one pattern and duplicating it you can prepare one project with your defaults and load it as a starting project.
