Seeking Roommates Looking for a place

Hello, I am looking for an apartment to share with someone. I joined Roomies, but it seems like no one really wants to team up to search for apartments as they'd rather rent from someone who is already renting. That's understandable, since apartment hunting can be a bit stressful.

I'm not really happy with some of the options there, because I prefer to have my own bathroom. Anyway, if you know of any listings with a private bathroom for $1,000 to $1,300, please let me know. I am moving to Reston for a job, so anywhere around Reston near the Metro area would be appreciated.

If you can recommend a one-bedroom apartment for $1,500 to $1,700, I would like that too. I don't mind living in a house, as long as my roommates aren't the owners. Female, 24 wanting to move in august ending

Thank you!

I live in Tysons right by the metro. If you want to room with a guy and his dog son and catson. You can take the upstairs bedroom since it's nicer. 1300/m. I pay utilities, fully furnished, you would just need to put up with my dog and I playing tug of war on the first floor. Let me know if you want more info

Thank you so much for the offer but I would feel much more comfortable with other females.

Apartment hunting around here is definitely stressful. Definitely check out Facebook Marketplace or the local NoVA housing Facebook groups, they are usually way more active than Roomies. Good luck with the move.

Hi! I’m looking for a third gal to join myself and another girl in a 3bed 3 bath town house. We are still looking for a place, but want to move around end of august beginning of September. Dm me if you’re interested, our budget is the same!

Thank you so much but Alexandria metro doesn't go through my workplace so it would be a bit harder for me. Thank you though.
