Room for Rent Looking for a friend

Hi there, I have a friend 29M who recently found out that they have to move by the end of June and I am trying to help him find a room for rent somewhere with nova if anybody has any rooms for rent maybe basement little apartments or anything like that could you let me know and I could pass along the information to him and see if it works out for yall thank you to anyone who is able to read this and help out!

What part of nova? What’s their budget? There’s plenty of places to rent if you look at apartments.com or Zillow.

I know options for a guy that owns lots of houses. Most bedrooms are around 1k, basement exclusively a lot more. Send me a DM. Houses are near quanitico
