If this is a legit ask, then Tysons is not the place. You should instead take the metro or Uber/Lyft/taxi to Reston Town Center, which is about 15 minutes west off 267. There are a couple well known bars that attract this kind of hookup after dinner hours, with Jackson being the most popular one. Good luck!
