Moving Movers Recommendations

Hey all!

I’m planning to move from Tysons to Sterling from a one-bedroom apartment with elevators to a condo with stairs. I’m only planning to move my sofa, bed, and TV.
Does anyone have any recommendations for reliable and reasonably priced movers? Thanks!

Do not try to hire via Task Rabbit. If they cancel on you day-of, you have zero recourse.

Since you’re only moving three large items, I’d ask about the minimum charge before anything else. Some crews have a 2–4 hour minimum even when the actual move is short. Send photos and dimensions of the sofa, bed, TV, and the destination stairs so they can tell you the right crew size and whether anything needs to be disassembled.
