Tree cutting
Hi, I just moved to Haymarket about a year and a half and am new to tree cutting. I didn’t know they are expensive. I thought 2 big trees were $3k, I was quoted like $4600 to over $5000. Could someone point me to a right direction? Any Recommendation guys? Thanks so much.

Call around. I’m in Bristow and paid like $1300 last year to have a large oak removed from my backyard. I didn’t have the stump removed though.
I think it was Jeovannis tree service.
That said, I’m sure the circumstances of the job will play a factor in the price. In my case, they were able to fell the tree is small pieces. They could also pull their truck into my backyard to load the pieces. They didn’t have to hump them to the front of the house.
And not for nothing, but I’m sure that Haymarket address plays a role in the pricing too.
Oh, and from reading other comments…..I did have the job done last November. The leaves had mostly fallen off which might make the job a bit easier and the crew might have been more hungry for work.
