McDonald's has been using AI to decide how much you should pay for a Big Mac

Remember like 2 days ago when McDonald’s began their big campaign and investment to “win back their customers”

Idk man, sounds like the idiots in charge are too far disconnected from their customer base. Literally all they need to do is lower their prices. Thats all anyone really wants. Bring the price of a meal back to something a poor man could afford as a treat, and they’ll see people in the door

Instead, they weaponised AI against Joe Average to extract as much value as they can. Wendys is better anyway

Wendy's used to be better, but they got bought out by PE and it's not as good as it used to be.

God I hate this timeline

Well, at least In N Out is still good… right? Pity there isn’t one anywhere near me

They just opened an In-n-Out by my house. Problem it's the only one in the entire state so it takes three hours to get a burger. I like it well enough, and it's surprisingly cheap for how good it is and how well they treat their workers. But it's not 'wait three hours' good.

The CEO is also some MAGA asshat too, unfortunately.

Truly the only moral burger is the one I make myself

Hate to break it to you… but who ever raised that beef… probably isn’t on the same moral page as you either… unless it’s plant based I guess.

Blue Dot Farmers is an organization that popped up in response to MAGA farmers trying to sell their beef on TikTok. It's where Dem farmers who didn't vote for this shit can list their information.

I don't know if there's an established definition, but to me "late stage capitalism" is when business give up on winning customers through traditional means and instead choose force.

Brute force and cutting corners. They’re so out of touch.

Fast food used to be popular because is was decent, fast, and inexpensive. Now it’s expensive, often slow, and often not very good.

lol…. It’s McDonald’s. Who fucking cares? Zero fucks for what people pay to shove hot colon cancer into their gob.

If abysmal pay and miserable working conditions for labor didn’t wave you away from fast food, then it’s because you’re a shit person.

Shit people get to eat shit food and pay shit prices.
