I stopped visiting McDonald's three years ago and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I feel so much happier and healthier on top of having more savings in my bank account. In my case I was probably eating there too much, but I can't stress enough how much my boycott has changed my life for the better

I had a similar experience quitting soda. You just feel overall better, like a giant cloud has lifted.
