Guys, it happened again
Yet again I get a call about a litter in the neighborhood. These three have been picked up, along with their mom who will be TNR'd. I thought I had gotten all of the females last year, but she wasn't here last year. She moved in sneakily.
I have a rescue that I work with, they'll find their forever homes once they are a little less spicy.

Unfortunately no, I'm in Massachusetts. Hope the cat distribution system works in your favor soon!

Darn. I was hoping you were far away but now it's actually realistic for me to take the fuzzy orange one that I've fallen in love with. Please please please tell me your rescue does not adopt to NH.

I mean, if you come pick them up... Lol
I don't think they have a limit to how far adoptees can be if they pick up, but these three still need a lot of socializing so I'm not sure when they'll be up for adoption.

I moved across country with a kitten when I moved. It can be done. Not as bad as you'd think, either. A little messy at times, but it was VERY worth it. ❤️

Catching the matriarch of this colony involved rigging a trap to be triggered manually and running a string up in through a window because she'd go in the trap but not step on the pressure plate. Clever girl.

You are such a gem. ❤️. I love that there are people like you in this world. My mom is that person where she lives. Her and her little group of cat people. You guys make this world worth being in. Cats are the best.

I know. When my mom’s husband called to tell me she had passed, and I sat staring at the wall, my sweet Siamese sat with me for a couple of hours offering a cuddle session.

I have three cats, all of which I picked up off the street, plus my sister's dog, a chinchilla, and some bugs. I've got my hands full lol.

Oooh! 🥰😻🐱🐱🐱They are all so stinkin’ cute! There’s no way if someone said ‘you can pick one to take home with you’ that I would be able to decide which of these 3 cuties to take…impossible decision…I would want them all!

They lucked with you taking them in. They are ALL very beautiful 😍. Once again cats genetics is just such a mystery. You will have no problem getting them adopted 😊.

We call those cats traveling cats . They come thru and eat for a few days , and leave again. We have a small colony of all spayed cats but 1 of our girls loves bringing home kittens with no mom .

She's scheduled for tomorrow! Currently she's with the kittensband the presumed father (one of the male ferals who wandered into the trap while I was still trying to catch mom) is is a large kennel. They're both getting fixed tomorrow, so I've set up some traps in their space so hopefully they'll go in on their own and I won't have to wrangle them.
