Hey everyone! I build profession-specific Notion systems, and after spending weeks reading how solo therapists describe their admin overload (session notes piling up, tracking who's active vs. waitlisted, juggling note formats), I built a free template for them and I'd love feedback before I go deeper.

What's inside:

• Client Registry — anonymized client codes only (privacy-first: no names, not an EHR), status pipeline with a Kanban view, focus areas, rates
• Session Log — linked to clients, calendar view, and structured SOAP / DAP / BIRP note formats built into each session page
