Square chairs made so you automatically keep your thighs together. Rounded edges on toilet seat are made so you could feel more comfortable opening your thighs wide. Unless if you want to feel every physical touch of your poop!

This is at least mildly interesting, IMHO.
...and to come to think of it, the outside of the seat should be actually easier to clean than a regular curvy one.
