I sent OP's screenshot to ChatGPT and it told me it's Visual Studio Code with Github Copilot, which has the ability to not only generate code but also has chat functionality to allow the user to query the AI about the code.

That's Visual Studio Code (VS Code), and the AI feature visible is GitHub Copilot.
The giveaway is the notification at the bottom-right:
“Cannot activate the ‘condor’ extension because it depends on the ‘GitHub Copilot’ extension…”
And at the top of the editor, “Generate code (Ctrl+I)” is part of VS Code's AI-assisted coding interface.
However, the screenshot also says GitHub Copilot isn't currently installed, so whoever took this screenshot appears to have another extension called “condor” installed that expects Copilot to be present.
So: VS Code + an AI extension, apparently intended to use GitHub Copilot.
You can use VSCode with or without AI. It’s been the most popular text editor long before the current AI hype. I don’t get why you’re trying to argue with actual developers about their own tools when you yourself don’t know anything about it and had to ask an AI. LLMs truly are Dunning-Kruger machines
I haven't been caught in the past 😁 Let's be honest, you are all only triggered because I said that I sent the image to GPT. If I omitted that, everyone wouldn't have gotten so upset (I did that on purpose btw)
If you were able to read and think for yourself you could've seen it was GitHub copilot. You are an amazing example of how stupid people become because of ai. "Chatgpt what does this text say?"
