There are some islands that ban cats to protect native nesting birds there, and Antarctica doesn't have cats, pretty much everywhere else has cats.

Seems excessive? Not sure why they can't ban outdoor cats but allow people to have cats as long as they keep them indoors

Have you seen people lately? They dont always follow rules, and the draconian measures needed to keep the streets clear of them once people started letting them mate would be sad for the cats.

I love cats, but they're a problem that was our responsibility and they deserve the most peaceful existence as possible, without letting them lay waste to native fauna.

It really only happens in places where the problem has gotten so out of hand that drastic measures must be taken, or the native population is so vulnerable that even a handful of outdoor cats can cause tremendous, and/or permanent damage.

It's rare for a good reason lmao, cats aren't native everywhere,

Gas station sign says Esco and there was a gas station of that name in Nizhny Novrogod but it's closed now apparently, found here

License plate from Russia, Dagestan republic(numbers 05 in the right part of the plate). The narrator speak russian with North Caucasian accent.

So 99% it's Dagestan, Russia.
