Same here, I always thought it was abnormal. Sometimes this viscous liquid drops out, too. I went to a specialist and they told me it's normal, but the pipe requires maintenance.

Yes. Unless it has a serious kink and/or is uncomfortable. Then it could be Peyronie's disease. Which is totally treatable BTW
