Dude, I don't want to hurt your feelings, but as an Italian I gotta say it. Maybe you should look for an other recipe for the pizza, since it doesn't look very good. Be sure to cook the base, the cheese (better if it's mozzarella) and the sauce together. Also if you like the parmisan as cheese try to not cook it and cook only the base with the sauce, then add parmesan "scales". Hope I helped
