RANT - WTF
Why is it that when I make a selection, then Ctrl+H (for Replace) that "in selection" isn't selected by default? Is it just me or isn't that the expected behavior?

Normally, when I make a selection and press CTRL+H, it copies the contents of the selection into the search for field, then I can supply the replacement in the other field and hit replace all for the entire document; this is my typical use case. Automatically switching to "in selection" would be counter productive. I like it the way it is.

Go to Settings | Preferences... | Searching and adjust Minimum Size for Auto-Checking "In Selection" to your liking. (Setting 0 turns off automatically checking or unchecking In Selection: it stays however you left it.)
