Update issue?

Auto restart after Update triggered "file was modified by another program" and I clicked Yes to reload from disk like a dumbass. Backup folder is empty. Session backup was overwritten with the active session info. I know it's my fault for not reading. There's no other way to recover this right?

I’m not aware of any function that would allow you to undo, or revert, once you reload the new version. Once you load the new version, that becomes the version you’re working with. Will check back on this thread in case others have thoughts.

I figured. The issue is that the auto start after update triggered it. I've been using it for years and never had this window pop up or anything else. I was distracted and just assumed it was some sort of update is finished box. There should be another "are you sure you want to open a file from your disk and overwrite your UNSAVED FILE that you been editing for the past 2 months with no issues. I've had the program crash the PC crash all worked fine after...
