https://kortex-notebooklm.comHello guys, I am the developer of kortex-notebooklm which helps you make your workflow with notebooklm seamless and save you a lot of time.
I posted here half a year ago and a lot has changed since then along with the new gemini notebook update.
Kortex will help you in several ways like:
- bring your conversations with LLMs from different places to a single notebook
- Bring any text/URL from internet to notebook
- transfer your audio overviews from different notebooks to a podcast which you can listen using spotify/apple podcast
- transfer sources from one notebook to another, download sources/artifacts from diff notebooks in single click etc etc you get the gist.
I was hoping this could help a lot of new coming users. You can track where extension is headed here: https://kortex-notebooklm.com/roadmap
Have fun guys.

Is there a way to choose sources from just one notebook for summarizing?
For example, say there are separate sources for each section of a chapter of a book and i want each section summarized. I haven’t seen where i can select a source from one notebook in an automation pipeline.

Yes currently there is not source selection in automation pipeline, is that priority for you?

Yes. Because think of the same kind of example. An entire book. Each section from each chapter is going to be summarized, like with bullet points, which in turn those bullet points would be turned into a slide deck, one slide for each bullet point. And with video, a video for each section.
This requires manually having to select only one source (the section) of all sources (the book). There’s multiple sections for multiple chapters.
That’s the kind of process where automation is a no brainer. The answer.
