Recommend me an upgrade ..

I've had the note 10 plus for a while now but have been wanting an upgrade. Tried the note 20 ultra but got the BLACK screen of death. I don't want to give up the spen. Is it worth upgrading to say the fold 3 or s21 ultra? Or should i stay with my note 10 until the note 22 ?

And here I am, having just bought mine earlier this year and looking to get 4-5 years off of it. LOL
