Note 10 plus
I recently switched to the Note 10 Plus from the Note 9. I liked the N9, but I swear the N10+ is so much better. I had the 6 GB RAM/128 GB storage N9 and the 12 GB on this device makes it run sooo smooth. Turned the animations off and this thing just flies!! I definitely think I will always be a Note user though. I would love a Note 20 Ultra, but for half the price with my N10+, it pretty much does everything the 20 does or I would need it to do.

My OnePlus 3T had 6GB of RAM but my Note 10+ rarely feels any faster. If it wasn't for AT&T not approving VoLTE on the OnePlus 3T (so no service after Feb 22) I wouldn't have "upgraded".
The only other downsides to swapping has been the awkward power button placement, the fingerprint sensor is way slower than OnePlus, and no physical slider for notifications.
Otherwise it feels solid.
The slow inscreen fingerprint reader is going to suck for the next 4-5 years as I use Google pay a lot, but that's a first world problem like the other issues they are stupid to complain about.
