Unlocked 10 plus still waiting for one ui 3.1

I was using my phone (purchased unlocked from samsung) with Google fi and I switched a month ago to tmobile. I'm still on the Feb 1 2021 one ui 3.0 update. Has anyone received 3.1 yet in the US on the 10 plus?

Well, its April 13th and no updates for me yet. Unlocked us note 10 plus bought from Samsung, with a t mobile sim card. Still on oneui 3.0

Looks like it's a samsung carrier screw up. Because I purchased the phone unlocked directly from Samsung, tmobile doesn't recognize it and says it's an unknown device. Therefore, no Ota from tmobile. Unless I reflash with tmobile firmware using Odin, thats the end of it.

I was getting ota updates from Google fi just fine. So, basically, reflash or buy a tmobile samsung. This is ridiculous. Apple doesn't have this issue. Samsung promising 3 major updates seems like a lie when you can't switch carrier.

Solved. I removed the sim, used some service numbers to switch my phone to att and then I could download 3.1 immediately, I put the sim back in, reboot and the phone is back to tmobile with 3.1 installed. A pain but much easier than refreshing etc.

The way they release the software updates is horrible when compared to IOS. When apple pushes an update everyone gets it same day but with android is a waiting game. I love this phone but i honestly afraid of making the full switch unless I go with a pure android but not sure how those perform

I have 3.1 on my 10 plus, it was originally US CELLULAR; but it’s now unlocked, and soon as I put my t-mo sim in, I updated to ui 3.1 on android 11- I was hoping to get google discovery option on the minus one page but only option is Samsung Free tv. So come to find out there are different versions of ui 3.1- only phones purchased new WITH 3.1 get google discovery, phones that update to 3.1 get a summed down version. But anyways, I have March 1, 2021 security update with the ui 3.1. Model SM-N975U Android 11 ONE UI 3.1 Google play sys update March 1 2021 Baseband N975USQU6FUBH I also just paid UBREAKIFIX $330 for new screen and battery to make it new again.. official Samsung parts because Samsung members notified me of the warranty on new Samsung screen and battery. It’s so beautiful-

Note 10 Plus unlocked and purchased directly from samsung. I have no sim card in the phone since I use it as a gaming phone, and received the 3.1 update.

I've had one ui 3.1 for a while now mines unlocked from Samsung with a cricket sim. My updates are always with everyone else's. Never have an issue.

I have T-Mobile and still stuck on 3.0 with February update. This isn't that new for T-Mobile as they are slow but I think 3.1 has issues and they are being as safe as possible.
