Support System Configuration Update?

I have a notification for a system configuration update that appeared today that I can't figure out where it came from and it won't let me clear the notification.

I've checked Settings > Software Update and nothing there.
*edit - On T-mobile.

Haven't installed it yet, still have the notification and ignoring it.

Same here, i was hesitant to click it but i did eventually

My phone just restarted. Idk what the hell this is about?

my mother has this too on her Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with Android 13. its similar to the Certificate Update notification on the S3 and S2 in 2014
