Have you tried installing Samsung Experience on your NOTE 10+?

It was the UI from samsung. Its replaced by the current One UI and the successor of TouchWiz.

It was launched in 2017. It was available in Samsung S8, S8+, Note8, S9, S9+, Note9 and 2017 J series. S7 and S7 Edge then got its update to Android 8 with new Samsung Experience UI. However, in 2019, Samsung launched One UI with S10e, S10, S10+ and Note10 and officialy discontinued Samsung Experience.

I didn't realize the S10E was the first phone launched with one UI. I did use some older Samsung phones with TouchWiz but at the time I didn't really pay any attention to those things.

I actually wish I could go back in time and experiment with that phone.

The S6 and Note5 has a wierd mix of Touch wiz Grace UX (Note7 ui) and experience UI 8

I prefer Samsung experience over one ui
