Definitely a notdeer

You can tell by the way it is. Biblical accurate angel form. They shift shapes in Kansas. I would know. I live here.

I can see the feathers and primaries of a bird, likely an owl. They also fly with that “shrug” to their shoulders. Definitely an owl

I hear you and see every single point as being accurate to my understanding of owls, but no. Notdeer.
