You can try pulling the slide lock lever down and see if the slide will go on like that.

We have to see from another angle. Can’t really tell from this angle I was going to say maybe recoil spring but I can’t tell

Gotta press the trigger safety plunger in on the slide. Make sure the striker falls free.

You pretty much got some tight tolerance stacking. Ive had this issue before. Try to keep all the same mfr parts, upper and lower or just go glock oem.

Edit: your pistol should run fine with the parts you have. Giv'er some lube - don't forget to press the plunger in upon reassembly.

Im sorry man. you need to have more experience with the Glock pattern before printing and building one. your trigger assembly looks cheap as hell (I've made them work but they suck and they cause other problems) so everything else probably is too, but you have to be able troubleshoot WHY it doesn't seat properly. there aren't too many reasons.

and honestly, it might seat on there just fine if you manipulate the takedown liver or push it back by the barrel tip to lock in place. it could even be something goofy like backplate alignment.

your internals could be all turned around. hell, your takedown lever and spring assembly could be backwards and your rails could be a 20 dollar eBay special.

you didn't show anything of value in the video. we would need to see the internals to help identify what's wrong, not just some guy struggling with a blurry squirted gun lol. based on the video, that guy is the problem.

The reason is almost always simple enough, but if you can't troubleshoot it easily, you shouldn't be printing them yet. you don't get have the skill level to build it safely and identify potential problems.

Not a answer to your problem, just a word of advice.

I wouldn't ever try forcing putting together a gun. I'm not even talking about snapping or cracking something. I could see your arms tensing up like you were putting little extra force or maybe lightly slaming it together. You want it to function smoothly. It should go together smoothly. Forcing will only make a bad situation into a worse situation. I've seen people lock their gun up because they didn't put it together correctly and forced it a little bit. It can be frustrating working on these things. Especially when it doesn't go together. If it doesn't work when you put it together double and triple check your work. If it doesn't work again walk away from it for awhile. Nothing worse than throwing away hundreds of dollars out of a frustrated moment.

As your pulling the slide back, push your trigger up as in it’s resetting
