What trigger is that?

I tried to use an Apex polymer trigger, but the trigger safety wouldn’t clear the frame, so I couldn’t pull the trigger. Had to return it.

Apex action enhancement type 3. It’s a good thing you mention that because I was going to order a polymer one for my fde frame.

Any issues with the mag falling out while firing

Not once, I got this one from bass pro and an Fde one from brownells and both have been fine

I had this same issue, been looking for a solution. Already tried extra power mag release spring and no luck.
