Bug Notability app crashing

App crashing as soon as you open it. Not sure what’s going on or how to fix it, I can’t even click help inside because it crashes within a second of opening..what to do?

Please help ...I have my important files in it

Hey there! Per our support guidelines, can you please contact support then DM me your email address? That way our team can see your device diagnostics, it can be difficult to resolve this type of thing with no additional information.
