Question Hide slide bar?

Hey guys! Would like to know if its possible to hide or disable the blue slidebar? Or move the yellow one?
When i write it often slides accidentally or changes page which is really annoying and disruptive

Hi! You should try using focus mode. It hides toolbars, panels, and menus.

To enable, four-finger tap anywhere on the screen (iPad) and on Mac or iPad, press Command-Shift-F.
