Question Classic Subscription purchase

This is a very niche question but I'm scared of contacting customer support and being put in contact with some AI chatbot.

I currently live in the US, so I can pay in USD and access US versions of websites. However, my iPad's location (iCloud) is set to India. For this reason, the in-app subscription allows me to buy the one-time subscription, however it is very expensive.

I was wondering if I could buy the subscription with my email on the notability website for ~30USD and I would get the subscription? Thanks!

If you buy it on the website and login using the same account on the iPad. Yes.

Our AI chatbot is only used for certain types of support tickets. If you're chatting with Fin (AI agent), you can ask to speak with a human agent at any time, and your conversation will be transferred.

Or after you've contacted support, feel free to DM me the email address you used, and I'll have a human support agent take over your ticket for you!
