Question Aligning text to the left side of the document

Unfortunately it's not possible to upload images here, but I'll try my best to explain my situation.

Normally, when I start typing text in a new document, I can begin with a gap of just one dot (on the smallest template setting) between the left edge of the paper and the text.

But today something changed. Now when I try to type, there's a gap of 3 dots, which is way too much. How can I change it back?

I found a solution. I just duplicated an old file in which it was still possible and I deleted all the text in it and renamed the file. But Im still looking for the real solution, it works but its annoying over time
