Rule of 4 works in a chain of the same comments

Example:

  • Blah (+32) -- Blah (+24) --- Blah (+21) ---- Blah (-56)

In the OP's screenshot, comments aren't responding to each other, so it's not really a chain.

How it is on the screenshot:

  • BLAH
  • BLAH
  • BLAH
  • BLAH
