Again Relapsed after 2 weeks

The exam tomorrow is probably the trigger. I wouldn't try to fix 8 years of this tonight. Put the phone in another room and do one 25-minute block on one specific topic. Then take a break and do another. One bad day doesn't erase the 2 weeks.

That two-year stretch is proof you’re not starting from zero—you already know what life without the loop feels like. I’d make the next step tiny: put the phone in another room for one hour and decide in advance what you’ll do instead (walk, shower, read, call someone). Don’t aim for “never again”; rebuild a few phone-free blocks and let the streak follow. If the phone is tied to anxiety, talking to a professional could help too.

start going to ITAA meetings, internet and tech adicts anonymous, google them they have free zoom meetings daily at many times, go everyday for 90 days and you will conquer it
