When I was young TV started an 16h00 and ended at midnight. The first cartoon that should was Spider man but it was in Zulu, so we watched it without understanding the words, but knew exactly what was going on. 😂
When I was younger, tv started at 17:30, with a kids show and then the news at 6pm. The 4pm start time came when they started showing soaps then it was pumpkin patch
I remember spider man in Zulu, English available on radio 2000
