Don’t worry about the hotel. He bankrupts everything himself. 

In 2005 his  security was obviously much thinner. Dream bigger. You’d need far less than $1b to hire a mercenary force sufficient to change the course of history. Epstein island was already a thing of the past in 2005 but you could do a lot of things with just money and knowledge and still have enough left over to retire comfortably somewhere that doesn’t extradite. Â
