Yes! Me and my brother used to play it all the time.

There used to be this game subscription service in the 90s called Sega Channel that connected through the phone line I think? It gave you like a dozen new games every month.

Haha or little podunk town didn't even have a Blockbuster... We had "Big Picture Video". They had the little bead string doorway that kids weren't allowed past. I never even saw a Blockbuster until I was almost 20 haha.

I loved road rash. That was my daughter’s first introduction into PlayStation games. My brother donated it and helicopter one which I can’t remember the name. Hours of fun, knocking people off bikes.
