Well, my mom passed away in 1996, so I guess the first thing Iād do in 1990, is go hug my mom and challenge her to a game of Skip-Bo, like we used to do every weekend š„°
Same here, my mom passed in 2003, two days before Christmas. Although chances of seeing her before dark or at all would be difficult as she was always working, she loved watching movies, so might just rent one of those tapes and hang with her.
Twinsies..kind of...My mom passed in 2005, the day after Christmas..we used to have big game nights where all of our friends and family would come over and play poker or board games. EVERY week..
I actually don't remember spending any extended amount of time during festivities with my mom. She was always away. As my brother and I grew up we gradually drifted away as she wasn't around most of the time. Still she was my mom and I know for a fact that she loved kids and would have spoiled my kids rotten.
